    • Forty five minute weekly program using games and play
    • to develop agility, hand-eye coordination and the
    • fundamentals of swordsmanship,
    • as well as cultivating a code of ethical conduct in sport

  • Fundamentals 8 to 12

    Fencing Fundamentals for Ages 8 to 12
    Valable 9 semaines
    • This one hour weekly program develops agility and hand-eye
    • coordination through games, while introducing students to
    • the practical principles of historical fencing and a code of
    • ethical conduct in sport.
    • Fencers are introduced to fencing with both small sword and
    • single stick

    • This program is a discount for all siblings of students
    • registered in the Fundamentals 8-12 or Fundamentals 13-17
    • who are also between the ages of 8 and 17

    Fencing Fundamentals for Adults
    Valable 9 semaines
    • This one hour weekly program focusses on the use of the
    • small sword and single stick in order to prepare adult
    • fencers for subsequent courses in Highland Broadsword.
    • Adult fencers are introduced to the fundamentals
    • of historical fencing.
    • All fitness levels can be accommodated.
    • Adult fencers across a range of fitness levels are likely
    • to experience improvements in agility, hand-eye coordination
    • flexibility and range of movement.
